Join us as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern to help transform Qonto's sales approach in our Regate business unit, focusing on certified accountants, to transform our sales development process by enhancing prospect prioritization and outbound strategy creation, directly impacting our growth in the European market.
👩💻🧑💻 As an SDR Intern at Qonto, you will
- Learn and execute outbound sales activities through a comprehensive three-week onboarding covering accounting, market understanding, and sales skills
- Conduct outbound calling and emailing campaigns to book demos with certified accountants
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of leads, focusing on high conversion rates
- Engage in a dynamic international and scale-up environment.
- Gain hands-on experience in sophisticated sales and marketing strategies.
- Work with tools like Hubspot to drive data-driven sales processes.
- Collaborate closely with experienced sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
Astrid will be your direct manager. With 5-6 years of Fintech experience, including 3 years at Payfit, Astrid brings valuable industry insights to the team. Her management style emphasizes trust, independence, and tailored support, fostering an environment where you can thrive and grow professionally.

- Able to start a 6-month internship in March and interested in converting into a permanent contract
- You're coachable, eager to learn, and ready to embrace challenges in a dynamic sales environment
- You have the mental strength to handle rejection and maintain enthusiasm during cold-calling activities
- You're comfortable making phone calls and engaging with potential prospects in a professional manner
- You're driven to exceed expectations and have a natural desire to achieve goals
- You are French native speaker with strong English proficiency
