Intern Office Management
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Intern Office Manager to support our office operations and help ensure a smooth working environment. You will provide administrative support to different departments within the company. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, administration, and organizational tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Support: Assist with greeting visitors, managing inbound calls, and handling correspondence (emails, packages, and letters).
- Administrative Duties: Support the organization of meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Office Management: Help with maintaining office supplies, snacks, drinks, and other inventories, ensuring the office is well-stocked and tidy.
- Supplier Relations: Assist in managing supplier relationships for office supplies and services.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain company documents in both physical and digital formats.
- General Support: Provide administrative support across various departments, especially HR, Finance, and Legal, assisting with routine tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
