Job Description

In Kineton we are looking for an Model-Based Software Developer for our Automotive division.

The resource will be responsible for embedded software implementation activities with reference

to the Electronic Control Units in the vehicle.

You will be responsible for:

● Design and develop software applications using the Mathworks toolchain, adhering to the

Model-Based Design methodology, in accordance with the AUTOSAR standard;

● Translate software requirements into executable models and simulate those models to

validate their performance;

● Integrate, test, and debug software components on target hardware platforms, ensuring

compliance with technical specifications;

● Collaborate with system engineers and hardware engineers to define interfaces and ensure

system integration;

● Optimize software in terms of performance, scalability, and reliability;

● Document design choices, development phases, and changes in the software life cycle.

Qualifications:

● Master's degree in Computer/Electronic/Automation Engineering or equivalent;

● Experience in Model-Based Design SW development with Mathworks toolchain;

● Familiarity with SW development for embedded applications;

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

● Professional knowledge of the English language;

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

● Knowledge of Vehicle Dynamics principles.
