We are looking for a Production Planner to join our Operations Department:

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Develop production plans to maximize sales and optimize stock levels according to factory constraints.
  • Monitor production accuracy and communicate risks and opportunities to the
  • Manage capacity analysis and define the action plan to guarantee the factory has all the assets needed to perform production and meet market demand.
  • Responsible for the planning, management and adjustment of production activities so that the agreed production plan is realized in the most efficient way possible not missing customer promise
  • Own and manage production KPIs like: production schedule attainment, total cycle time, capacity utilization, changeover time, etc.
  • Compile Weekly & Monthly Production Plans
  • Track Production Plan and update as required.
  • Troubleshooting Planning / Production issues
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment with changing priorities.
  • Capacity Planning
  • Ensure delivery performance of the bottle-neck work centers so that optimum use of resource and critical situations can be dealt with
  • Knowledge of different planning parameters (for example safety time, safety stock), so in times of changing environment the planning method can be adjusted
  • Support in scheduling alignment meetings with production planning
  • Support and Participate in SIOP process and maintain its integrity

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 3/5 year experience on similar roles in logistic area Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experienced as production planner
  • SIOP knowledge
  • Experience in use of ERP environment (Netsuite preferable)
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing industries and in a multi-level production and products
  • Ownership and problem solving attitude, result oriented
  • Teamwork attitude, good communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and to think creatively
  • Proactivity and flexibility , driving sense of urgency
  • Ability to set priority ,critical thinking and problem solving attitude
  • Be able to build productive cross -functional relationships
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word , Power Point)
  • Know-how of manufacturing, and logistic/order fulfillment processes
  • Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented and seeks accuracy in work product
  • Capable of working in a fast changing and multi-tasking environment
  • Lean Manufacturing Principles knowledge and application in manufacturing
  • Medical Quality System knowledge (e.g. GMP)

It offers the surgeon motion scaling and tremor elimination and aims to facilitate existing procedures as well as enable new ones in the domain of microsurgery, from post-oncological and trauma reconstructions to ophthalmology, organ transplantation and pediatric surgery.
