Agile Project & Program Delivery Leader
Job Description:
We seek an innovative and versatile professional to join our team as an "Agile Project & Program Delivery Leader." This unique role combines the skills of a Project and Program Manager, Agile Coach, and Delivery Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and an agile mindset.
The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. The role ensures aligned scoping, coordinates multi-departmental projects, oversees programs, and advocates for agile and lean practices to enhance continuous value delivery and customer-centricity.
While you might have a primary focus area, experience across project and program management, agile coaching, and delivery management are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align and prioritize significant company-wide initiatives, ensuring cohesion across departments and hierarchy levels.
- Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, fostering collaboration, accountability, and alignment.
- Harmonize business requirements, technical feasibility, and customer expectations throughout the product/service lifecycle.
- Facilitate continuous communication of relevant information across all stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion and implement agile and lean methodologies to enhance adaptability, value delivery, and customer-centricity focus.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and iterative development through regular feedback loops.
- Act as a servant leader, guiding, managing, and supporting teams while empowering individual ownership

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Delivery Management in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies and experience implementing them in diverse environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software like Jira, Asana, etc.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, SAFe).
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Knowledge of software development processes and technical project management.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics tracking.
- International or multi-cultural project experience
