Makr Shakr is seeking a seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record in the F&B or kitchen automation industry, who is eager to explore and enhance the industry through robotics and automation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business and sales background in the food and beverage industry and a history of successfully leading ventures from inception to market leadership. The primary responsibilities will include defining the strategy for spearheading the company's expansion into global markets, particularly focusing on the US and Europe, leveraging expertise to drive growth and establish Makr Shakr as the premier provider of robotic bar solutions globally.
Desired professional experience in order of relevance:
- Experience in a senior leadership position in the hospitality industries (i.e. hotels, restaurants, casinos, cruises, and entertainment venues).
- Lead new product launches and marketing initiatives, driving significant revenue growth.
- Managed sales for a leading beverage company, overseeing multiple locations.
- Implemented cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies, optimizing profitability.
- Founded and led a startup specializing in the F&B or kitchen automation industry.
