Job Description

For our headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a goal oriented B2B Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects to grow and the Everli4Business initiative, focused on bringing businesses to Everli as consumers. In this role, you will get a strong understanding of our service and excel at generating B2B leads, building relationships and closing deals.

What you will do

  • You will reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
  • You will present, promote and sell our service to B2B prospective customers;
  • You will perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs;
  • You will establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • You will analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
  • You will provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new or additional services;
  • You will keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

We offer a full-time permanent contract. The gross annual salary (RAL) is in the 28.000 - 35.000 EUR range. In addition to that, we have plenty of cool benefits:

What you bring

  • You developed around 3 years of experience in sales roles;
  • You are a positive, energetic and influential relationship builder;
  • You have high attention to detail with strong execution and analytical skills;
  • You work with a customer orientation mindset and strong business acumen;
  • You can process information quickly and implement effective solutions;
  • You are super proficient with tools of the trade (eg. Powerpoint, Excel, Google Drive) and best in class sales skills and very good presentation skill;
  • You are fluent both in Italian and English.
