Join us as a Web Analyst
What you will be doing
As part of the Central Marketing team based in Milan, you’ll report to the Martech Manager and will be responsible for defining and implementing the tracking strategy for the Company’s web properties and for supporting the Marketing team with relevant reports and insights.
Namely you will:
- Review and improve the tracking strategy, according to the marketing team strategy and activities;
- Constantly cooperate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure alignment with the team’s strategy and the tracking strategy;
- Cooperate with web developers to guarantee a state of the art implementation of the tracking strategy;
- Continuously analyze user’s behavior and performances, and provide relevant inputs to the marketing and UX teams in order to improve the efficacy of the marketing activities;
- Support with the creation and measurement of proper A/B tests;
- Support the marketing team in implementing and managing soft martech stack tools (ex. third-party survey tools, SEO analytics, etc.);
- Liaise with the Data team in order to build and maintain an effective marketing attribution model.

You have:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and managing tracking strategies in complex environments;
- Working knowledge and experience in implementing Web/Product Analytics softwares (ex. GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel);
- Working knowledge of Mobile Analytics softwares (ex. Appsflyer, AdJust) is considered a plus;
- Good understanding of data modeling and proven experience in data analysis;
- Good knowledge of the basics of statistics and attribution models;
- Basic knowledge of the main levers of the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, SEM, Digital Ads, Social, etc.).
Previous experience in fast growing tech Companies is considered a plus.
You are:
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder;
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment, autonomously and within the team;
- A team player in any situation;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.

The role is based in Milan.
