Casavo is looking for an enthusiastic Support Ops Lead Intern to join our Mortgage team and who will be involved in the following activities:

  • Reporting design and execution (all type of), mostly on google docs (i.e. low product support).
  • HubSpot pipeline design and maintenance.
  • Design processes.
  • Monitor Mortgage Specialists' productivity.
  • Support with administrative activities (i.e. partner banks relationship, customer transparency updates, invoices etc…) and legal requirements enforcement.
  • Manage operational activities with banks (i.e. banks tools) and suppliers.
  • Drive constant change management.
  • Supporting the Spanish go-to-market for Casavo Homefinancing service.




  • You are graduated from a Bachelor or Master Degree (Economics or Engineering preferred)
  • You are interested in the role/context or Operations and Product Development
  • You have these competences: excel and analytical skills/interest; communication skills; organizational/coordination skills; problem analysis and problem solving
  • You are also proactive, convincing, persistent and pragmatic
  • You can speak Italian (as native language) and have a fluent English. Spanish would be a nice to have!
