We are looking for a native English speaking Business Development Representative who is thrilled for a wow adventure, ready to take responsibilities, to deliver with excellence and to take new and untapped paths when needed.

- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to establish trust and understanding of their needs.
- Utilise CRM systems and other sales tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Continuously learn about the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics, such as call volume and lead conversion rates.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and customer needs.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems or other databases.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus, especially if the company has an international customer base.
- Experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Track record in Sales B2B solutions
- Comfortable with daily outbound activities using a mix of cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn activity.
- Engage in research and identification of potential clients and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain a rapport with prospects.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in using them to track and manage leads and activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise sales processes.
