Job Description

Brand Manager

The Brand Manger is responsible for supporting our overall brand strategy, brand campaigns, and consumer insight. Reporting into the Head of Brand, you will be part of our central marketing team, supporting all our markets across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity to help craft compelling, insight-led brand strategies for both our B2C & B2B audiences - beauty and wellness consumers and salons. You'll be supporting and growing the brand on both sides, promoting our marketplace and creatively positioning our SaaS.

The successful candidate will be able to navigate different audience needs, working across our specialist teams and European markets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Consumer and Brand insight:
    • Be the voice of the consumer, placing them at the heart of everything you do and leading on our consumer research and segmentation
    • Regularly reviewing brand and communications results to drive iterative understanding of what delivers impact and brand performance
  • Brand & Media planning - bringing your excellent understanding of both disciplines, you’ll unite and manage relationships with cross functional teams and partners to develop breakthrough TTL brand campaigns
  • Develop clear and compelling briefs to answer commercial, product and brand challenges
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, ensuring all activity is on strategy - from brief to execution
  • Developing toolkits for brand awareness growth and development, driven by customer segment insights
  • Brand guardianship - helping to ensure the brand is executed consistently and distinctively across all touchpoints

About you:

  • Consumer-centric, you are able to turn understanding of consumer insights into actionable strategy & activation at scale
  • Honed strategic thinking with a proven track record in developing and delivering successful brand growth strategies
  • Strong practical understanding of brand & media planning, including experience of managing external agencies
  • A solid understanding of what works across the media landscape - from OOO, to Digital, to Print
  • Data savvy and creative, with the ability to turn customer and competitive insights into an effective brand strategy and actionable marketing plans
  • A strong and persuasive communicator, able to simplify tasks and think strategically
  • Experience of monitoring and setting budgets
