Job Description

For us to succeed in digitising the hair and beauty industry, we have an ambitious Partner Success team ready to drive higher adoption, performance and retention of our existing partner base.

We’re not stopping anytime soon and have huge growth plans in sight for our UKIE market. To ensure we truly support our partners, we need to dedicate our effort to helping them understand the full benefits of Treatwell’s SaaS, so they know how the tools can support them and why they will help their business.

Your responsibility will drive you to think commercially and strategically in how you can share this message to salon partners in a practical way. You’ll need to think about the best channels to contact them on and what is the information they need to be successful.

You will be responsible for:

  • Adapting to multiple salon partners, you will not be assigned a portfolio of accounts, but support a designated group of partners that need your help
  • Educating and empowering partner to adopt our SaaS by providing them with expert knowledge
  • Creating sticky engagement and recurring revenue, making sure they understand the full benefit and adopt it
  • Communicating efficiently at scale, iterating your learning to communicate with partners driving them to heavy saas adoption by reducing the number of physical touch points required to achieve the end goal.
  • Working to reduce unsuccessful partnerships by resetting partners expectations to better align with our value proposition

About You:

  • Strategic thinker who is able to understand the behaviours, product knowledge and sentiment en masse.
  • Persuasive and inspirational, you’ll advocate the benefits of the online world, our tools to create excitement and commitment in our partners.
  • Genuinely passionate about scale; using technology to make a meaningful impact to thousands of partners at once.
  • Motivated by problem solving and iteration to find a winning formula to positively impact partner behaviour.
  • You like to dig into processes and find opportunities to improve ways of working everyday.
  • Strong communicator, able to build rapport with both partners and colleagues.
  • A team player, motivated by the success of the team as well as your individual performance
  • Target driven, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • A proven commitment to seeing things through and achieving long-term results, demonstrated by longevity and success in previous roles.
