THE ROLE:

As a Seller Advisor you will own the relationship with a group of selected brokers. They will be your primary source of properties to acquire. A key element of your job is to nurture these relationships. Once you’ve identified a property in line with Casavo requirements, you will gather all the information to build an investment case. This activity requires a strong collaboration with both the pricing and renovation team. Finally you will create, send and negotiate an acquisition offer with the seller. Ultimately, you will be responsible for meeting your monthly acquisition targets.

In your job, you will learn the ins and outs of a real estate transaction including how to communicate and negotiate with both brokers and sellers, as well as how to evaluate, price, close and renovate a property.

You will also be responsible to teach brokers how Casavo works and to create trust in the process.

Lastly, you will work to constantly improve the communication between Casavo internal departments to guarantee a smooth and timely transaction execution and a great experience for all the parties involved.

 

THE SKILLS:

  • You’ve had experience cultivating relationships and negotiating with external partners
  • You enjoy communicating via phone and educating people on new processes
  • You are comfortable working with numbers and have an analytical mindset
  • You’re comfortable working under pressure and dealing with challenging targets
  • You know how to read a floor plan and are familiar with city planning (preferred skill)

 

THE TEAM:

We are a fun, collaborative and diverse group who are responsible for powering Casavo’s core business of acquiring, pricing, renovating and selling properties. ONBOARDING SNAPSHOT:

Within 1 month you will:

  • Participate in our company’s onboarding program and spend time shadowing other Acquisition specialists to learn the ins and outs of the job
  • Actively participate in all the weekly meetings
  • Get familiar with the Casavo documentation and processes
  • Learn how a Casavo transaction works end-to-end
  • Start a conversation with your first broker and handle your first property with the help of an acquisition specialist

 

Within 3 months you will:

  • Manage a small group of 4-5 brokers autonomously
  • Become eloquent and confident in explaining how Casavo works to both brokers and sellers
  • Handle objections, overcome obstacles
  • Foster collaboration amongst the different teams (acquisition, pricing, renovation, sales)

 

Within 6 months you will:

  • Gain full responsibility of a group of brokers and nurture the relationship to guarantees a constant stream of property leads
  • Be at full capacity in terms of contribution to the business targets
  • Ensure a constant and reliable business execution
