ROLE & ACTIVITIES

We are looking for a strong International Digital Marketing Specialist eager to play a key role in the international growth of the company. This is a unique opportunity to join an international fast growing scale-up with the ambition to become the biggest player in the market worldwide. Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for:

 

  • Monitoring of competition and market trends by identifying useful insights with the aim to boost our cross-country growth
  • Managing ShopFully marketplaces by monitoring and improving acquisition, engagement and retention KPIs
  • Data analysis with the aim to get useful insights for the creation of new relevant contents in collaboration with different internal stakeholders
  • Design and implementation of development plan and new growth strategies

 

MUST HAVE

  • 2-3 ys of previous experience in Digital Marketing roles within Digital companies
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics and App users acquisition campaigns management
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with a strong bias for action and delivering results
  • Fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken
  • Exceptional creative, problem solving and strategic thinking ability
  • Customer focus and ability in setting high standards for quality
