Mindesk is seeking an experienced C# / C++ Software Engineer with CAD plugin or videogame experience responsible for the development of software projects for a best-in-class real-time platform. This role reports directly to the management team. This role may require to travel for field activations of projects. In addition to the core responsibilities, to succeed the candidate must be an excellent problem solver, great team player, cool-minded when under pressure, able to quickly identify/communicate/solve hardware and software issues.
Key responsibilities
- Work with product management to develop and test modular scalable source code based on given specifications
- When required, independently integrate and develop specifications
- Ensure all code is clear, commented where unclear, and committed daily
- Provide CTO with regular status updates on projects
- Document internal software for shared libraries and reusable code
Required Skills
- Mid to senior level skills with C# and C++ (11/14/17) object oriented development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and Git
- Proficiency with written and spoken English language
- Familiarity with key Algebraic and Geometric concepts

- Experience in CAD / BIM API and SDK development, possibly McNeel Rhinoceros, PTC Creo, Bentley Microstation, Siemens NX or Autodesk Revit.
- Familiarity with geometry representations such as NURBS, splines, polygonal meshes and geometric data structures
- Experience in UI/UX development
- Familiarity with the served industries: AEC, automotive, naval and industrial design
- Comfortable in using Google Apps, BitBucket, Github, Jira, Clockify, and other tools
- Familiarity with one among German, Spanish, French, Italian, Mandarin or Japanese languages would be appreciated
- Availability to travel occasionally
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
